What you’ll do,

Enterprise Desk delivers a unified digital servicing proposition for personal customers on the device of their choice, giving the best digital customer experience to increase engagement and options for self-service. 

As a N Cino Engineer  within the  Enterprise Platform and the Credit Lab, you will be responsible for Creation of Functional Specifications and Configuration Rationale documents, liaising with the customer to obtain detailed requirements, Support to the development team for development handover, and functional unit test of developments, Defect resolution of configuration issues, handling SAP end to end project lifecycles.

Few other responsibilities include: 

• Design, develop, and manage Salesforce applications and workflows.
• Customize and integrate web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for seamless deployment.
• Proven Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jenkins automation skills.

What you’ll need, 

• A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and services.
• Skills in automating build, test, and deployment processes using Jenkins.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
• Experience with additional Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
