What you’ll do,

 

Consumer Servicing & Engagement delivers a unified digital servicing proposition for personal customers on the device of their choice, giving the best digital customer experience to increase engagement and options for self-service.

 

As a Lead Software Engineer within the Consumer Servicing & Engagement and Devices Lab, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience on our banking platform. Few other responsibilities include: 
 

  • Analyses customer needs and defines and delivers prescribed products by performing designated, development/engineering activities using established systems. 
  • Develop and maintain scalable and secure platform solutions.
  • Gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Conduct research, stay updated on industry trends, and drive continuous improvement of the platform. 
  • Identify and address quality/performance issues and implement engineering best practices. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and DevOps Teams to build refine design, functionality, features and experiments. 

 

What you’ll need,
 

  • Expert Frontend technologies.
  • Strong Experience in cloud platfom.
  • Experience in deploying and managing applications on GCP.
  • Strong experience in writing efficient database queries by using SQL/No SQL.
  • Strong experience in Jira/Jenkins/Confluence.
  • Experience in integrating third-party services and developing secure APIs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance.
     

Nice-to-HaveSkills:
 

  • Understanding of security, compliance, and system architecture in the banking industry.
  • Dynatrace / Splunk
  • Kubernetes / HELM
